The executive board of IAEP Local 394 Twin City Ambulance Akron, NY met last week to discuss upcoming plans for the local in order to best ensure future success and member satisfaction.


Local 394 President James Wilson, Vice President Robert Favichia, Treasurer Robert Dailey, Secretary Megan Fitzgerald and Chief Shop Steward Dylan Stannard met with IAEP National Representative Ken Skaggs in their new local office in Tonawanda, NY to talk about how to best service their members.


They discussed a duplicate charter for their local and drew up plans for an EMS week cook-out, tee shirts that the local had made for their members as gifts and the on-boarding and training of new Shop Stewards.


We wish Local 394 the best in all their exciting endeavors!

Federal law now requires that every local union file an annual information return—Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-N—with the IRS.

If your local fails to file under this new requirement, your local will lose its tax-exempt status.
