Local 664 Hosts Run with Heroes Race

Local 664 at the Run with Heroes 5k on August 23rd.

This month, IAEP Local R7-664 Lapeer County EMS in Michigan held its first annual Run with Heroes 5k race to raise money to support the local and EMS mental health programs.

Over 130 participants signed up and ran the race, which took place during the Lapper Days festival. The locals successfully raised over $2500 thanks to their efforts, which will help fund educational efforts to promote good mental health practices for the local and beyond.

Congratulations to all who completed the race and to Local 664 for their amazing work putting it all together!
