Scholarship FAQ's
Q: Where can I get extra copies of the application?
A: You have a couple of options:
- You can make photocopies of the applications you download
- You can call or email Kevin Doyle at 617-376-7214 (direct line), 866-412-7762 (toll free), or kdoyle@nage.org, and ask for additional copies.
Q: What are the deadlines for submitting applications?
A: The deadline for all scholarships is May 9, 2008. All scholarship applications must be postmarked May 9, 2008, or earlier to be accepted.
Q: When will scholarship winners be announced?
A: The random drawing for the 5th Annual IAEP/NAGE Scholarships will take place at the meeting of the National Executive Committee on Saturday, May 31, 2008. Recipients of the Edward G. Gillooly and Marc Lawson scholarships will also be announced at that meeting. Winners of all scholarships will be posted on the IAEP web site on May 31, 2008.
Q: Who can apply for the scholarships?
A: The following applies to all three of the scholarships offered: Any member, the member’s spouse, child, niece, nephew, grandchild, dependent, or significant other. If you are unsure if your applicant is eligible, please call or email Kevin Doyle.
