Local 365 Members Ratify New Contract

Members of IAEP Local R5-365, EMS professionals with Nature Coast EMS in Citrus County, FL, recently ratified their contract.
The new agreement includes significant wage increases and improvements to various policies. The wage increases will extend over the next three years, with no "give backs." The contract also includes stronger overall language which will further protect Local 365 members in the workplace.
Chief Steward for the local, Joe Ford, and National Representatives Bret Cyr and Kennard Skaggs were present at the ratification.
“Joe Ford has taken a strong leadership role in this local,” said Skaggs. “Ford is not only a devoted EMT at a local hospital, but he is also putting in the extra time and effort for his local to be an efficient Chief Steward. The members of this local are very lucky to have such a strong individual working for them in Citrus County Florida.”
