Local 603 Elects First Executive Board, Prepares for Negotiations
The members of Local 603, EMS professionals with the Palos Fire Protection District of Chicago, recently elected their first executive board officers.
The members of Local 603 elected brother Robert Murphy to the office of president, while members elected Dennis Gaffney to the office of Vice President and Manny Melton to the combined offices of Secretary / Treasurer. Members also elected Brandon Schuh to the office of Chief Shop Steward.
The newly elected E-board will now focus on preparing for contract negotiations slated to being later this month. Congratulations from all of us hear at the IAEP to the new Local 603 E-board!
